The holidays are more evident in Starbucks stores. The annual red cups are back and this year you get the chance to enjoy these season’s signature favorites:
Dark Cherry Mocha
My personal favorite is the hot Peppermint Mocha, though I get to choose between the other two in days I want to try something different.
What’s your favorite red cup?
There is a reason why I still don’t have the Starbucks planner. I usually have at least one by now – it’s because I am not totally digging their holiday drinks lately + their sweet treats. We usually go to Starbucks after doing some grocery, talking over anything under the sun – a titanium partnership ring we can replace our missing wedding rings, our travel plans, our sad state of saving finances – but I have felt no drive at all to even go there and finish my stickers (just when I love the planner they are offering!) because I do not like Cranberry Mocha and Toffee Nut!! Bring back White Cherry Mocha please! ~ or pattern the flavors from the US!
What is the easiest sign of the holidays at Starbucks?
The return of the red cups!
I am sure that the Address Plaque of Starbucks would automatically mean Peppermint Mocha, Cranberry Mocha and Toffee Nut to some people and the mad dash to complete stickers for a Starbucks Limited Edition Annual Planner.
This year I am still nowhere half of my stickers. For some reason I am not digging the Cranberry Mocha Frappucino (have yet to try the hot version though):
I miss the white cherry mocha.
But I love their Chistmas sweet treats, that’s for sure. Molten chocolate lava cake anyone?
I am not sure if I got the name of the cake right but it’s one of the few new things I tried out this month. I ate it while reading a brochure about celebrity cruise deals which made me want to go on a cruise someday (maybe when global warming is no longer an issue). It’s a cheesacke with a mango aftertaste – sweet with a citrus bite. I am not crazy over it, but I don’t hate it.
Starbucks VIA is here! We only have the Colombian, Italian Roast and Decaf Italian roast but the flavored ones have come out in the US.
3. Cinammon Spice
I cannot wait to have the flavored ones come to local stores!
Praline Mocha, Peppermint Mocha, Toffee Nut
(My vote goes to Peppermint Mocha and Toffee Nut!)
I miss the Dark Cherry Mocha though.
And the planners!
Starbucks Venti Caramel Frapuccino + Banoffee Pie = Good Hormones
I heard that caffeine is not exactly good for the bones that is why I take calcium supplements as I really need my caffeine fix everyday. I treated myself to these after a week of hard work. I normally do not eat cake anymore much less coffee frappucinos but that day was an exception.
Finally, a great way to have Starbucks coffee everyday without having to spend so much and even go out. I work at home and try hard to maintain a work environment for myself so I can be focused. I even invested on office furniture for my workstation. Now, this coffee will fit perfectly in my Starbucks mug. I actually was able to taste the Italian decaf blend (blue colored) and it tasted good.
