Sweet Tooth
How am I ever going to even try NOT to gain any weight this holiday season?
(I’ve already given up trying to lose! – that’s for next year!)
Take your pick!!

There is a reason why I still don’t have the Starbucks planner. I usually have at least one by now – it’s because I am not totally digging their holiday drinks lately + their sweet treats. We usually go to Starbucks after doing some grocery, talking over anything under the sun – a titanium partnership ring we can replace our missing wedding rings, our travel plans, our sad state of saving finances – but I have felt no drive at all to even go there and finish my stickers (just when I love the planner they are offering!) because I do not like Cranberry Mocha and Toffee Nut!! Bring back White Cherry Mocha please! ~ or pattern the flavors from the US!
Even if the weather has noticeably gone cooler and we might need north face fleece jackets in the next couple of weeks, it didn’t stop my and my friends from enjoying some cold sweet treats from Cafe Breton.
We usually go to Starbucks for some cake and coffee but the people this time of the year is out of this world crazy (maybe because of the Starbucks planner?) so we decided to go to Cafe Breton instead.
We were not disappointed!
What is the easiest sign of the holidays at Starbucks?
I am sure that the Address Plaque of Starbucks would automatically mean Peppermint Mocha, Cranberry Mocha and Toffee Nut to some people and the mad dash to complete stickers for a Starbucks Limited Edition Annual Planner.
This year I am still nowhere half of my stickers. For some reason I am not digging the Cranberry Mocha Frappucino (have yet to try the hot version though):
I miss the white cherry mocha.
But I love their Chistmas sweet treats, that’s for sure. Molten chocolate lava cake anyone?
My niece got baptized a few weeks ago and she had a rockstar-themed party celebration. I love her table centerpieces (rock guitar pink sunglasses) and her pink cupcakes – it tasted delicious too. It makes me excited to attend my friends’ kids birthday parties in a few weeks. My kids have a more active social life than their parents! (We don’t mind of course
). One celebrant even got a pc tablet for her 7th birthday!
