Starbucks Venti Caramel Frapuccino + Banoffee Pie = Good Hormones
I heard that caffeine is not exactly good for the bones that is why I take calcium supplements as I really need my caffeine fix everyday. I treated myself to these after a week of hard work. I normally do not eat cake anymore much less coffee frappucinos but that day was an exception.
Finally, a great way to have Starbucks coffee everyday without having to spend so much and even go out. I work at home and try hard to maintain a work environment for myself so I can be focused. I even invested on office furniture for my workstation. Now, this coffee will fit perfectly in my Starbucks mug. I actually was able to taste the Italian decaf blend (blue colored) and it tasted good.

I finally had some me time yesterday and I decided to spend it at Starbucks reading a book I have been trying to finish since April! I ordered chocolate cake – I was hoping to find some banoffee pie but I was out of luck. To balance out the calories, I ordered Caramel Macchiato instead of a frappucino. I spent around an hour and a half just reading and lounging around the nice contemporary furniture Starbucks had to offer. It was a very nice time out for me. I should do this every week. I have discovered I can commute to Starbucks (it’s not that hard!) and now that I know, I can always go there whenever I have the craving instead of waiting for the weekend when the husband can drive me there.
Did you know you can now get your favorite hot beverage blended with the NEW however-you-want-it Frappuccino? We love the Frappuccino version of a Caramel Macchiato. Ask your barista for a Creme Frappuccino with vanilla syrup and an espresso shot and caramel drizze on top. It’s the perfect way to enjoy espresso and milk in the summer!
One week before the Starbucks Spark of Hope Yearly Planner ended, I was able to get mine. This is my second planner (my first I got way back 2005 – yes I completed the card when I was 5 months pregnant!).
I love the planner because it has space (lots of it) to write on and a lot of things I can write on to. I am eyeing their Venti glass (a replica of their plastic frap cups) and their Valentine’s mug for my workstation too. Whoever is thinking of Starbucks’ promos are doing such a convincing job! I hope they can think of nice canvas promotional bags (the logo will rock) next!
