I have been trying to save a little so I can afford a one-day cleanse from Juju Cleanse. They dont deliver to my area so logistics is another challenge. But I promise myself I will try them out for at least a day before the year ends. Maybe instead of buying 1/4″ shelf support things for my beading hobby, I’d save it for this!
Celery is one of the veggies that is routinely used in juicing. I am still adjusting to the taste of it. But based on the effects, I would really try hard to keep it down when drinking! I might just have apple-carrot-celery combination.
Let me just say, being able to don a swimsuit while swimming under a jandy pool light is motivation enough.

I have been reading up on the benefits of juicing but was a little intimidated and scared if I can do it. With the encouragement of a friend, I delved right into it. I am glad to be able to finish it without giving in to temptation! I gave up rice too, and I have been eating meals without rice (and even bread) for close to 6 days now. It’s hard – especially since rice is a major component of every meal where I live.

I have yet to master the correct proportions though. I really gave up lemons + celery because for the life of me I cannot stand it. Everything else I can stand.
