New Menus for His Bed and Breakfast
A good friend owns and operates a bed and breakfast inn. He and his family manages its daily operations, with him being in charge in the food and dining area. He is a certified chef and even had his own cooking show back in the day! I have tasted his cooking and it is superb!
Just recently, they renovated their pool to include a kiddie-size pool and introduced more dining options and check-in rates for their inn. Together with this development, he created kiddie menus and more varieties on their current menu offerings. He hired a good photographer to have his new food options shot and showed it to a select few via an led art projector during the recent VIP members meeting at their inn.
They were impressed! Aside from the food photo presentation, samplings were made and distributed during the event so they got to taste the new food choices. I am sure the holiday season would be great for my friend, I am so excited for him!

The holidays often mean one thing — parties, celebrations and reunions. This means food – the ones that make you add a lot of pounds — will be served. I am sure that I need to practice a lot of self-control this season!
What to Do in Columbus, Georgia: Tourist Spots
I would love to go on a family trip soon and Columbus, Georgia is my place of choice. I am actually looking at different Columbus Georgia hotels right now, comparing rates and features across the board.
I know that Georgia is not the first choice for family trips but here are great attractions you can visit with your family, even with children below 10 years old!
Space Science Center, Columbus–This Science Center has been constructed with a view to providing exposure to children in the field of science and astronomy, and to satisfy their thirst for knowledge.
One of the less known Georgia attractions is Providence Canyon. Providence canyon is located about thirty miles east of Columbus, Georgia. The Providence Canyon is known as Georgia’s little Grand Canyon. Providence Canyon is a result of bad erosion control caused from southern farmers not taking adequate drainage and soil treatment back before anyone knew the effect it could have on nearby land.
National Civil War Naval Museum.
The National Civil War Naval Museum at Port Columbus is the only museum to address the naval history of both the Confederate and Union sides of the Civil War.
Springer Opera House.
Celebrating creativity and freedom of expression, the Springer Opera House is the South’s premier performing arts facility, built by theater and performing arts enthusiast, Francis Joseph Springer.
The nature tourist attractions are also a great attraction. My family loves walking around and sightseeing. And taking a lot of pictures. I am sure these memories would be great for our family albums.

Snow Cone Machines: A Great Party Concession
Parties are a great way to celebrate birthdays, reunions, get-togethers and holidays or special events. These days there are a lot of features you can add to a party to make it more festive and enjoyable for your guests. One of these is by adding concession stands like an ice cream cart or snow cone machine or a dessert buffet station so your guests can eat something while watching games and programs or while mingling around with fellow guests.
You can even invest in a snow cone machine for your family! Both young and old will surely enjoy a refreshing snow cone every now and then, at an amazingly cheap price too!
There are a lot of machines available for purchase online. All you need to do is visit the site and browse around. Ask for feedback too about great models – those which are easy to clean, low maintenance, have repair parts available and are covered by warranty. There are also machines that come with a removable tray and have an internal light or a door. Good snow cone machines usually have a 1/3 HP motor and can produce up to 500 lbs of shaved ice in one hour.
When purchasing a snow cone machine, it is advisable to decide first if it’s going to be for personal or business use. Machines usually differ in size and amount of shaved ice produced so that is a deciding factor.
Now that you have decided on a snow cone machine, the next step would be to purchase the supplies to be able to produce those yummy snow cones.
Some materials you need are the following; these can also be purchased as a package:
• Gallons of Syrup (You choose the flavors: Your choice of flavors: Tigers Blood, Blue Raspberry, Strawberry, Wild Cherry, Grape, Orange, Watermelon, Lemon-Lime, Red Raspberry, Bubblegum, Green Apple, Root Beer, Pina Colada, and Cotton Candy.)
• Snow cone pumps
• Snow cone cups
• Steel snow cone cup holder
• Colorful spoon straws (200ct)
• Plastic scoop
Once you have everything, you are now ready to enjoy snow cones in the comfort of your own home or offer it for parties and make it into a business!
Conzace: Helping You Achieve Heavy Duty Immunity
I have been sick more often in this year alone than all the other times I have been sick for the past five years. Every month, for at least a week, I will always somehow catch a bug and it will keep me down, even if I double my dose of Vitamin C. I have asked my doctor what else I can take to increase my immunity because as mother of two kids who works at home, I cannot afford to get sick. My doctor told me it’s time for me to consider taking vitamin supplements.
White Blood Cells is the Key to Immunity
I really don’t take vitamins. I am quite on the heavy side and I have always presumed that I don’t need them. My doctor explained to me that taking Vitamin C would not be enough as it only develops or matures white blood cells. If the white blood cells, our body’s number one line of defense against sickness, are low, Vitamin C would not help that much. You usually get low white blood cell counts when you fighting an infection or are stressed. Similar to a battlefield, your white blood cells go to “war” against infection or bacteria, thus if your body is not that strong to begin with, your white blood cells will eventually “lose” the battle and many of them will “die”.
Did you know that our bodies can only absorb up to 200mg of Vitamin C per day? Any excess will get flushed together with out urine. For us to be fully equipped to fight viral infections and sickness, we need to make sure we have stronger white blood cells. White blood cells is the secret to heavy duty immunity.
Conzace can help boost your immunity
Since we now have traced the key to boost our immunity, we need a vitamin that makes our white blood cells stronger. Conzace can help. It has a formula that makes sure your white blood cells gets stronger.
· Vitamin C develops white blood cells (500mg)
· Vitamins A & E intensify the protection of these white blood cells (100 IU of Vitamin E)
· Zinc multiplies white blood cells so that we can have the right number of white cells to defend us against sickness. Conzace has higher Zinc than other popular vitamins in the Phils. (25mg Zinc)
I have been taking Conzace for two months now. I noticed I sleep better at night, are more alert during the day and most importantly, even if I catch a cold, it doesn’t last or get worse. As someone who has allergic rhinitis and sinusitis, the changing weather conditions always keep me down but when I tried Conzace, my condition has become more manageable.
Conzace comes in soft gel capsule so it’s easier to swallow and priced very competitively at Php 12.40 (SRP). It’s available in Mercury, Watson’s and other drugstores.
