I discovered this wonderful caterer when we went on retreat this weekend. Too bad their business office is in Pampanga so I would have to shoulder their out of town expenses if I get them for parties. They are actually just a small coffee and cake shop in Pampanga and they just do exclusive catering for parties. Their food is to die for and their crew is very professional, patient, efficient and friendly. Of course their main specialty would be their cakes – and we had one for dessert for every meal for two days! You cannot beat their taste – you cannot even bribe me with orlando vacations for it! They are that delicious!

If I was a computer, these would be stored in my system memory and no amount of cleaning my temporary data will erase it!

Fruit salad, ham, buco pandan, cake, and many many more. WOW. I got hungry just typing all of that.

My mouth is watering just thinking about all the delicious Christmas food I will eat in about 15 days!I am preparing by going on a crash diet starting today – no rice, soda and sweets for me. Just so I wont look bloated in our annual Christmas pictures. I might need to make sure I wear something slimming too, it will help A relative is actually moving his industrial computer off their house into the storage area because we are expecting a lot of guests to arrive come Christmas day. I am beyond excited!!

A creamy macaroni and cheese recipe, made with Cheddar cheese sauce, cooked macaroni, and seasonings. Top this with buttered bread crumbs, if you wish.

Ingredients:

• 5 cups cooked macaroni (8 ounces raw)
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 pepper, or to taste
• 2 cups milk
• 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• paprika, optional

Preparation:

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir flour into the butter until smooth and bubbly. Stir in salt. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. continue to cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese and continue to cook and stir until melted. In an 8×10-inch baking dish, alternate layers of macaroni and cheese sauce. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 6.
