Growing up, I was already a lover of the sciences. In high school, my most favorite subject was, believe it or not, Chemistry. I may have just been part of the 1% of the total population who loved it. Recipe: Chicken Teriyaki

This one is very easy. It is something I can do overnight and just fry in the morning. Perfect for the kid’s lunch at school.

Chicken Teriyaki

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts

Marinade:

  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1 onion — chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic — chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger — (1/2 to 1)

Instructions:
Prepare marinade.
Pound chicken between waxed paper until relatively flat
Marinate chicken at least 12 hours.
Grill on gas grill until done.
