Here we go again. Hopefully I get better at this, this time around.

Baby steps again.

I have registered and installed the app of My Fitness Pal in my iPhone and would be diligent in tracking starting tomorrow, Monday, the 7th. I would be posting updates on this blog each week, every Monday, on the dot, to keep me accountable to myself.

I would not be thinking of a reward, though a memory foam topper would be nice, but I am looking forward to a healthier me soon.

Starting the Year Right.

I hope everybody had a jolly holiday season and a peaceful New Year’s Eve. Now it’s a brand new year and it’s time for us to make new goals and do better choices!

One of my healthy goals this way to incorporate exercise in my daily routine. I am actually starting slow and very low this year. I aim to walk for 30 minutes everyday, non-stop. The only obstacle I see from doing this straight is the lack of sidewalk in our neighborhood and that I am prone to accidents when I decide to run outside of our home. I hope I wouldn’t need to get the services of Car Accident Attorney St Charles MO!

That being said, my husband and I originally plan on doing runs every morning. I hope it really pushes through. With him around I am not as scared to run, or think about hiring Car Accident Attorney St Charles MO since I will feel safer.
