Here we go again. Hopefully I get better at this, this time around.

Baby steps again.

I have registered and installed the app of My Fitness Pal in my iPhone and would be diligent in tracking starting tomorrow, Monday, the 7th. I would be posting updates on this blog each week, every Monday, on the dot, to keep me accountable to myself.

I would not be thinking of a reward, though a memory foam topper would be nice, but I am looking forward to a healthier me soon.
