June is not only an expensive month for us in terms of school and tuition fees, it is also expensive because it is the time of the month when our renewal for our car registration happens and it’s semi-annual maintenance check up and oil change need to be done.So June was a bloody expensive month. I am not complaining though because I am grateful that we were able to fix everything without having to come short on other expenses. We had its tires replaced, oil changed, braking system checked and fixed and the roofing will be replaced too. If our car was human, he would be as shiny as a penny. We sometimes consider it as our third kid – simply because it can get quite expensive. We know though that it is time that it gets replaced. The cost of maintenance is not worth it anymore. Plus we need a bigger vehicle for our growing family. We are still saving pennies on it and we are still talking which vehicle we need, if we can afford it and if we are going to apply for a loan for it or save (will we really save though?) by paying for a used car in cash. See? It’s complicated, we talk about it every week. We even talk about which color we would like to have or what Dodge Challenger accessories we can have added!
