Unfortunately, I am up two pounds from my last weigh-in.
I credit that to drinking iced tea everyday. And that I didn’t pack my osprey manta 25 and go on a walk outdoors. All I have done is a 5 minute dance-a-thon with jumping jacks. I also have not been sleeping very well.
Sweets + Caffeine + No Sleep = Weight Gain
Starting Monday I will really need to walk. The weather has not been helping and I think I am coming down with something – need to do something about that.
