Losing Weight – The Natural Way

I am so proud of my friend! She has lost 12 lbs and counting and she did this the natural way! She knew the side effects of weight loss pills so she tried hard to do a combination of diet and exercise.

What she did was detox herself by juicing vegetables. She did this for five days and then from then until now only eats vegetables and fish. She also walks almost everyday. The best part of it all is that she is doing it together with her husband who has lost more pounds than her.

They are totally inspiring!
