As early as October I am already seeing a lot of Christmas decorations like lanterns, Christmas wreaths and Christmas strees in restaurants. While most malls are still decorating their stores with Halloween stuff, most restaurants are now eagerly awaiting Christmas. It is my most favorite time of year, and for this year I really want to try and cook something for my little family. We are always out of the house during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so I never had the chance to be obligated to cook, but this year I think I am ready and willing to try
