The husband and I usually go out just the two of us whenever he is home for the weekends. We usually time it when the kids are both in school so we would not feel guilty. There was a time we went on a date while the car was being repaired at the car repair shop, I just had to look at steel buildings to keep my patience and frustration in check. But we didnt let it affect our “date”.
