If I could have my way, I would eat this viand every other week, served with Aligue rice, but then I would have to double my Kettlebell exercise time and I haven’t even been exercising that much lately.
This treat comes with a twist as the pork has been deep fried, giving it a crispy crunchy taste before setting it in dinuguan – I like it!

I love their food.. but since I do not eat dinuguan, I enjoyed the seafood salpicao and sinigang instead
