Crispy Dinuguan Kanin Club

Dinuguan
P120.00
Spicy pork stew flavored by vinegar and pork blood. like European blood sausage, except it’s stew

If I could have my way, I would eat this viand every other week, served with Aligue rice, but then I would have to double my Kettlebell exercise time and I haven’t even been exercising that much lately.

This treat comes with a twist as the pork has been deep fried, giving it a crispy crunchy taste before setting it in dinuguan – I like it!

I love their food.. but since I do not eat dinuguan, I enjoyed the seafood salpicao and sinigang instead :)
