I need to print this out big and hang in my corkboard so I will be motivated to run everyday. I really need to insert some activity and exercise everyday. Running and walking would be the two best options for me.

The only backside to this activity is the lack of running sidewalk for me to jog everyday. I can walk along the highway but I might be prone to accidents and that I would need the services of a Personal Injury Lawyer to file for compensation and benefit against the driver who might swipe me.
