  1. True indeed as it is always easier said that done. Hence lack of focus is one of the major factor to consider for the failure in many losing weight challenges. No matter how many weight loss programs you try and get into, if you are not really serious in what you’re doing it would just be a waste of time. Proper guidance and motivation is a great thing to deal with while you are up to the challenge.

One needs to be properly motivated and know the real reason why we are trying to lose weight in the first place. I also think it is important to stick to the routine and to do it on a regular basis.
