As most of you know, I am always at a perpetual diet, with no lasting weight loss effects. I just love eating too much plus my work is very (very) sedentary.
I thought I might experiment with my diet these days and I am now soda-free for two days. I am drinking water like a fish, and just consume one full meal a day. I eat protein bars twice a day as a snack and replace two meals with a protein shake. I drink health supplements (5 tablets each) thrice a day.
It takes a bit of getting used to. I hope I can really make it!
