Is there such a thing?
I came across this book over at Pinterest and read that it is a guide towards overcoming fertility and encouraging ovulation. Basically it tells the things to avoid like transfat commonly seen in commercially prepared foods and animal meat, leaning towards more vegan protein (or plant-based protein). It also encourages women to drink whole milk, not the low-fat or any variety but WHOLE milk. I don’t know if it’s worth the silver coins I have but it retails for $15.00 at Amazon!
