As written, it was swimming in olive oil, I decided to use about a 1/4 of an onion for a “piece” of onion, and there is wayyyy too much pasta listed. The sauce ended up much browner than the photos I’ve seen, and was too sweet and too salty (though I’ve never had the original at Yellow Cab). Still, with some adjustments, the above could be pretty good.
